1) Bookings and Payments :

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full or advance payment as specified
Payments can be made via online transfer , debit cards, or other methods approved by curiotrips.

2) Cancellation & Refunds :

Cancellation must be communicated in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the specific trip package and provider policies.

3) Client Responsibilities :

Clients must ensure they have a valid travel documents , visas and insurance
Clients are responsible for their personal safety during the trip.

4) Changes and Delays :

curiotrips is not liable for changes due to weather, transport disruptions or actions by third party providers.
We will assist clients in managing such changes wherever possible.

5) Intellectual Property:

All website content, itineraries, images and travel guides are owned by curiotrips and may not be reproduced without permission.

6) Limitation of Liability:

curiotrips is not responsible for personal injury, loss of property or other issues outside our control during the trip.
